The system can operate for distances of up to 1500 meters which overcomes cable distance limitation in ethernet transmission.                   With the emerging of value-added businesses such as IPTV which need high broad band, the bandwidth provided by traditional technologies such as ADSL, CABLE can not meet the customers’ requirements on video service.
